Training Management
Once you identify the areas for development among your staff (through 360º Performance), and developed training programs or identified third-party training programs, you can setup and track those training programs through Acsendo. Acsendo Training Management enables administrators to setup training programs and courses, monitor attendance and completion of those programs. Employees are able to view the courses on line that they are eligible for and sign up. Once skills or certificates are achieved, they are updated in the HR module automatically.
