The Problem that we solve

Companies need to create a work environment or set in which people are enabled to perform to the best of their abilities. Organizations need to evaluate the current performance of employees and to help improve the performance in the future. This is a never-ending process where the managers need the right data at the right time to have the right people.

Acsendo offers On-Demand Human Capital Management Solutions based on Cloud Computing. Using the latest web technologies, Acsendo provides high-performance human resource tools to companies seeking effective management of their workforce. Our web deployment translates into cost-savings for our customers since they no longer need to buy or manage hardware or databases. In addition, our technology allows us to change rules and add languages without time consuming and costly implementation periods

Today, many companies still use Excel spreadsheets or manage their employees' data on paper. Other companies utilize aging and expensive standalone software solutions. Acsendo's powerful and cost-effective solutions grow with a company and can be configured to their requirements. The market for the Acsendo product is focus on the middle size companies.

Since the Acsendo solution is a service offering, not a software offering, our pricing model is based on a monthly subscription.

Why Bogota?

Fortune magazine named Bogota as one of the 15 best cities for business in its annual Global 500 feature.

Fortune included Bogota on its short list of the top 15 new cities in the world to do business—up-and-coming cities in which investors can find skilled workforce, solid infrastructure, and potential customers.

To select cities for this feature, Fortune consulted corporate and economic development executives to determine where companies are opening new businesses, taking into account (among other factors) the age and prosperity of the locals. The publication also noted that Bogotá is quickly becoming a shopaholic's paradise, with two of the largest luxury malls in the country. Fortune portrays Bogota as a booming city ripe for multinationals, which are flocking there for its young, talented workforce, and business-friendly government policies.
